IT IS THE TIME TO HOWL IT'S HALLOWEEN

At this time of year Count Dracu-howler invites many of his friends and enemies to his castle in Transylvania to Join him in celebrating Halloween.

This is the event of the social calender for the Living Dead and all creatures of the super natural.  The Count's co host for tonight's fatalities ( SORRY, I mean Festivities )  is the Lovely Countess D' Hel Hound who as a treat has provided  every one to drinks from her own privates cellars.  

She is offering a Case of Vintage Country  Milk-Maid from 1888...... a cheeky little tipple and VERY full bodied, with a creamy after-taste.

She has brought 2 bottles of the Count's favourite A POSITIVE,   Car Salesman  circa 1935...   and a couple of Barrels of Klingon Blood wine that she pick up at a recent Star Trek Convention.

For those not a fan of BLOOD she has brought Pond Slim Cordial  from Camp Crystal Lake ... Her Friend Jason help source that one.  He sold it at a SLASHED down price.


The Phantom Hound of the Opera has  arranged all of the Music this evening.  The House Band will again be  The Zombie Beatles, with their lead sing.... Jaundice  Len-Hound is  a favourite of many who are attending. The late Disco will be provided by  D J  Ed Body.

Unfortunately the Phantoms muse, Christine will not be singing tonight, as she has a throat problem. (the Woof Man bit her earlier in the week)

As a special treat, Mutt- dusa will be doing a spot of snake charming  and the Invisible Mutt will lead everyone in a game of hide and seek.

THE WITCHING HOUR IS CLOSE AT HAND.....

Like all good Witches,  the Not-So Evil Witch Waye is making final preparations for tonight's ALL HALLOWS EVE'S celebrations.  That is Halloween to you and me.

She has mixed her potions, and caste some spells ready for the big night ahead of her.  She will be meeting up with a few of her Witch Sisters  and cousins who will be flying in later tonight from all over the globe.

These include.... Witchie Poo,   Witch Hazel,  ..... Evil Edna, ..... Samantha Stevens and her Mother Endora,....... The Haliwell Sisters, Paige,  Piper and Phoebe.... and maybe Pru in spirit....  Willow Rosenberg.... (with or without Buffy)..... The Wicked Witch of the West  and  Mad Madam Mim

Snow Whites step-mother the Evil Queen will not be attending due to other commitments......

DEATH BECOMES HER........

Here is one of Count Dracu-howler's many lady friends..... The Countess EL-FURRA  D' HEL HOUND.

She has never been the same since that fateful night 200 years ago she accepted a dinner date with Count Vlandi-dog DRACU-HOWLER.  Never aging she is as beautiful today as she was the night she became a VAMPIRE.

She is a sucker for a pretty neck to feast on.   So beware as you may end up on her menu as the main course.

Once she was known as the most beautiful person ALIVE, these days she is known as the most beautiful person of the UN-DEAD

MORE DEAD THAN ALIVE......

An anonymous short story first published in 1818, but later in 1823 re published as being from the Pen of Miss Mary Shelley.... told the story of a scientist re animating a dead body made from various corpses.  The Story was of course FRANKENSTEIN

It was many years later in 1931 that a British Actor Called William (Bill) Pratt would help  bring the story to the silver screen with the help of  Universal Studios. The then  unknown actor  Bill Pratt better known as BORIS KARLOFF played the MONSTER, a roll that made him one of the true masters of horror.

Standing at only 5 foot ' 11 the costume and make up artists worked their magic making Frankenstein's Monster appear to be over 7 foot tall.

Unfortunately no colour photographs survive of  Karloff in his Monster costume.... which is a shame... because most people do not realise  that the Monsters flesh make up  was green.  He was a rotting corpse after all.

Others would play the monster in years to come, but the flat headed Karloff look will always be considered the best.

Here we have Buddy as The Monster  with no name.   Remember Frankenstein was the name of the Doctor who created him...... NOT THE MONSTER

True story,          when my Grandfather took my Grandmother to see Frankenstein at the cinema in London in the 1930's, during the scene that the monster accidentally kills the little girl, my Nan screamed and fainted and had to be carried from the cinema by a very embarrassed husband.  he later vowed  never to take her to the cinema ever again.  A promise he kept until his death in 1963

Don't worry Grandpa Sid did still go to the flicks again....... he usually went  with his daughter (my Mum) and any other member of the family..... everyone and anyone else      BUT NEVER Winifred,  his wife.

SOMETHING TO SING ABOUT

Before Lord Lloyd Webber worked his magic on  the story some 25 years ago on the West End Stage, the story of a badly scarred man who was obsessed with the voice and beauty of a young singer was one of the original and  first HORROR films made.


The Original Silent version from 1925 was later re released  in 1930 with a part sound track and updated scenes.  (and you only thought that it was George Lucas who liked to play around with his old films ) Lon Chaney Senior played the Phantom and was responsible for creating the LOOK that most believe matches the description of the original novel LE FANTOME DE L'OPERA  first published in 1909. 

Although the story by the french writer Gaston Leroux is now regarded as a great read,  this was not always the case. It was never a hit with the public, but after the Universal Studios film of 1925, its merit was finally acknowledged.

Unfortunately no full production print of the 1925 version still survives, (or has yet to be discovered)  but a mix match of  both film versions of 1925 & 1930 can still be seen these days, along with coloured Death Ball sequence.

Now the story continues to entertain people all over the world..... and in London's West End it is still running at the same  theatre in the Haymarket where it opened over  25 YEARS.

I was fortunate enough to see the original cast which included a Certain former FRANK SPENCER and a FUTURE now FORMER MRS ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER.

FANGS FOR THE MEMORY ........... THE ORIGINAL BAT-MAN !

Before Twilight and  long before True Blood made Vampires Sexy, a Hollywood Actor originally from Hungary  called Be'la Ferenc Dezso Blasko or Bela Lugosi to his fans, showed every one that a true Vampire needs only  style and a foreign accent to make women (and some men) go weak at the knees.  .  No need for a SIX PACK !  a BIG BLACK CAPE was all Bela needed. (and lots of eye make up ! )

Born on October 20, 1882 some 5 years before Bram Stoker creation was published, Bela Lugosi became the first true incarnation of Count Dracula.

Although not the first vampire film ever made, 1931 marked the First appearance of the Count.  Many have played the roll since, but the roll of  DRACULA will always be connected to the late great Mr Lugosi.  Horror at its best, without a trace of BLOOD or FANGS !

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE THE FINAL PART

The waspish pooch was now safe, BUT the villain of the story had escaped capture by the AVENGING HOUNDS.

Everyone was happy that Janet Van Dog was now safe, well everyone except her husband Dr Hairy Pym, who was still mentally unhinged by the recent events.   Still believing he was ANT-PUP and living during an earlier period of his life, he believed that his Janet had betrayed him to the "FAKE" AVENGING HOUNDS.

It would be many months until Hairy Pym's mental state was finally resolved.. but eventually he would be truly reunited  with his beloved wife Janet Van Dog, the Waspish Pooch and they both would return to become active AVENGING HOUNDS

But back to our story .........   Iron Hound commended The Waspish Pooch for her quick thinking to send a call for help via the Ants.   Janet explained that it was not her that sent the S O S message, as she needed her communication collar to make contact with her insect friends.  This had been taken away from her.  This puzzled all of the Hero Hounds, as they knew that their original guess that the message had come from ANT-PUP was incorrect.  SO WHO HAD SENT THE MESSAGE. ?


Janet had an idea,  and wondered  "could it have been JAW-COSTA ? "  As the bride of Ult-tail-on was now just a lifeless shell,  Janet knew she would never know.

It would later come to every ones knowledge that Jaw-costa did in fact send the ANT MESSAGE... but for now Jaw-costa remained silent.

IRON HOUND arranged to have the body of JAW-COSTA moved to the Avenging Hounds Mansion for study and storage... and this is where she remained for many months.

In the aftermath of the battle with Ult-tail-on,   Iron Hound was able to reverse the effects of the coma-death state that had befallen Canine America, The Scarlet Bitch and The Hairy Beastie.....  Also the artificial Viz-Hound made a full recovery from his deactivated state.

The Avenging Hounds had won this battle, BUT this would not be the end of the ULT-TAIL-ON , or his bride JAW-COSTA.

Many months later Jaw-costa would be reactivated by her "HUSBAND" ULT-TAIL-ON.  It would turn out that she had retained most of the memories, thoughts and personality of The Waspish Pooch.  In someways too much.   Janet loved Hairy, and therefore Jaw-costa loved  Ult-tail-on,  because Jaw-costa was the essence of Janet Van Dog   and Ult-tail-on was originally born from the brain waves of Hairy.

 In a similar way that The Viz-Hounds being was made up of the Brain Patterns of  Wonder Dawg,  Jaw-costa was very much like Janet Van Dog. She had her loyalty, her devotion and her ideals and moral standards.

 However, where the Viz-hound was able to reject his programming,   Ult-tail-on made sure that Jaw-costa would be nothing but  loyal to him.  Even though Jaw-costa would be  unable to countermand this  programming, she would reject both him and his evil ways. (thanks to Janet's Morals for right and wrong.)  This would infuriate Ult-tail-on as like his "SON" the Viz-Hound, a little bit too much of Janet was transferred into Jaw-costa, as Viz had gained from Sim-hound Wailling-Hounds aka The Wonder Dawg

Jaw-costa did reject Ult-tail-on and was given a home along with the Avenging Hounds. Although the other AV HOUNDS treated her well, most found her TOO MUCH like Janet in her ways... This did not sit well with all, especially The Waspish Pooch.  She did become close with the Viz-hound, and he help her learn more about her HUMANITY,  but when she started to fall in love with him, her love was rejected, as the Viz-Hound was married to the Scarlet Bitch..... and he only had artificial eyes for her.... his beautiful mutt-ant mutt

 In the early days she was regarded as more than a help than a true member.   she would start to have issues about her own worth, and would leave the Avenging Hounds Mansion and forge a new life for herself.   What she did not know was she left the Mansion  home of the AV HOUNDS minutes before she was to be offered membership to the team.    Years later she would be come a full time Avenging Hound but that another tail   sorry Tale.

As for Ult-tail-on he would always regard Jaw-costa as his bride, and would use and control her in years to come.  He would even end up destroying her when he found out she was in love and in love with another artificial hound called  A-Houndon Steak..... The MACHINE MUTT.   After her "death" by Ult-tail-on         A-Houndon Steak  ( or  REX 51 as his creator called him ) , would rebuild her body, but was unable to rebuild the love they once had for each other..... they would  soon drift apart.

As for Ult-tail-on, many years later  he decided to try again, and this time built another would be bride.   This Time He used the Brain Patterns of the then wife of the Avenging Hound call THE HAWK EYED HOUND, aka Clint Barkton.

THE MUCKY BIRD-DOG & HUSBAND THE HAWK EYED HOUND

DOGGIE MORSEL was the ex spy turn hero hound called The Mucky Bird Dog, who had joined her husband Hawk eyed Hound to help form a second team of hero hounds called the WEST-COAST AVENGING HOUNDS. She was a strong willed individual and that is what attracted her to the Robotic Menace

Ult-tail-on decided he  learnt a lot  from his past mistakes  ie

Bride 2# would be more like HIM....... BUT would lack ANY HUMANITY or MORALITY and Would be PROGRAMMED TO OBEY HIM TOTALLY.

However, what Ult-tail-on got was MUCH MUCH MUCH MORE.

BRIDE MARK 2# aka THE WOOFIE WAR TOY.... Had No Humanity, and had No Morals, but she was like him.... and therefore would not accept him or anyone as her MASTER. Wherever this was a result of again BAD programming or a result of Doggie Morsel's more stronger personality is unsure.  But whilst The Waspish Pooch was a strong bitch, she always allowed Hairy Pym to dominate her and their marriage, whilst  The Mucky Bird-Dog believed and showed her husband The Hawk eyed Hound that theirs was a marriage of equals.... and in some respects she believed she was better.

No wonder that the WOOFIE WAR TOY rejected her husband and even tried to destroy him.  He was Evil, and she was EVIL-ER....  As they say the female of the species is Deadlier..... well she was. !

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE PART SEVEN

When we last left the story the Avenging Hounds were looking for Two Members of their Team that had been kidnapped by the Robotic Menace known as ULT-TAIL-ON.

Their searches had failed to located either The Waspish Pooch, JANET VAN DOG or her Husband HAIRY PYM who had adopted the identify of the ANT-PUP again.  Also The Avenging Hounds had been unable to drum up any reservist members to help in taking on ULT-TAIL-ON once they had found him...... everything looked bleak UNTIL......  PAW the Dog of Thunder noticed that a number of ANTS had invaded the Mansion, but before he could dispose of the mini menaces with the aid of his Mighty Mutt Mallet, the ants spelt out the letters...." B A R K    L I "

What did the message mean ?  only ONE Avenging Hound Knew..... and that was IRON HOUND, who was secretly the Millionaire Industrialist BONEY BARK.   In his identify as Iron Hound, Boney told the others that he thought the message must have been from Ant-Pup telling them that he was at The Bark Industrial Factory on Long Island.  

Without delay the remaining Av Hounds, PAW, Iron Hound, Wonder Dawg and The Bark Panter rushed to the location of their friends.

Meanwhile..... at the Secret lab of Ult-tail-on ( which was in LONG ISLAND) the Mechanical Mutt was overjoyed as the transferal was near completion.  Janet's entire Life force had nearly been placed in the body of his new mate.....JAW-COSTA.   Both the Metal and Organic bodies now moved and he could see that Janet was slowly slipping from her BIOLOGICAL BODY into the new METALLIC FRAME OF Jaw-costa.  Now his new bride was alive, and soon she would awaken and  they could be together forever !!!

Hairy continued the process not knowing that he was in fact killing Janet not saving her as he thought.

Then as the last traces of the Waspish Pooches life drained away the AVENGING HOUNDS crashed through the wall and confronted the scheming Metal Monster.

Paw , Wonder Dawg and Iron Hound all took on Ult-tail-on, whilst the Bark Panter went to help aid Hairy Pym, who they believed had summoned them via his cybernetic ANT-PUP helmet.  T' Dog-Collar the Bark Panter was shocked when ANT-PUP attacked him for attempting to interfere in his work to save his beloved Janet.   However, The Bark Panter was able to best his crazed team mate before he was able to use his amazing shrinking powers or ant army  against him.

ANT - PUP FALLS PREY TO THE HUNTING SKILLS OF THE BARK PANTER !

At the same moment that ANT-PUP had fallen, ULT-TAIL-ON was holding his own against the power of the other 3 Avenging Hounds.  He fired his death ray weapon at both PAW and WONDER DAWG and was surprised that both had not succumbed to its effects.  Puzzled he enquired how The Wonder Dawg had survived his first attack at the AVENGING HOUNDS MANSION the day before. 

3 AVENGING HOUNDS BATTLE THE MAD MECHANICAL MEANIE

He went onto boast that the fallen AV hounds, The Scarlet Bitch, The Hairy Beastie and The Canine America would all soon be dead....  Iron Hound deduced that the effects of Ult-tail-ons ray did not kill his team mates, just put them in a deadly coma.  This did not explain what had happened to The VIZ-HOUND, but if the other AV Hounds where still alive.... so must  be the Artificial Avenging Hound also.

Iron Hound pleaded with Ult-tail-on for the cure of his Friends, but the Robotic Rotter just laughed.  Then Iron Hound grabbed the slumbering JAW-COSTA around the neck, and threaten to destroy her if he did not tell him how to revive his team mates.   Ult-tail-on was furious that Iron Hound dared threaten his bride......  he screamed that if Jaw-costa died, so would The Waspish Pooch....  BUT IRON HOUND called his bluff and indicated he would risk killing Janet by destroying her metal doppelganger.

IRON HOUND MAKES HIS THREAT

Ult-tail-on agreed and transmitted the information that allowed Iron Hound access to the information he required, which also gave the  GOLDEN AVENGING HOUND control of the transferal process.  

Iron Hound shut the machine down.... saving Janet, but in the process .... but this meant that JAW-COSTA would not live.   Ult-tail-on was mad that he had been tricked by Iron Hound.....  but as Iron Hound said he had only promised not to destroy Jaw-costa.... and her body was still intact.,,, but it was now minus the stolen life force of Janet VAN DOG.   JAW-COSTA was now still and unmoving, was she dead ? had she really been alive ?

As the Avenging Hounds all converged on the now awoken Waspish Pooch, Ult-tail-on used this distraction to escape through the roof.

LEAVING BEHIND DESTRUCTION ( & A BROKEN METAL HEART )

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE PART SIX

After many hours of work up dating and improving Ult-tail-on's Lab equipment, Hairy Pym was in a position to start the process that would hopefully save his beloved Janet Van Dog. Hairy believed the process would transfer the mind and essence of the Injured Waspish Pooch into a NEW Robotic Body,  thus saving her life...... BUT what he did not know was Janet was not Injured, and her life was only in peril due to the process he had been tricked into performing.

Ult-tail-on only wanted one thing...... he wanted his Robotic Bride, JAW-COSTA to come to life. This new life would cost the life of the donor JANET as a result. 

As Hairy Pym pulled the switch on the machine to start the transfer, Ult-tail-on could not believe his luck..  His creation Jaw-costa would soon be alive..... and with her by his side he could conquer the WORLD at long last !

ANT-PUP STARTS THE TRANSFER PROCESS !

As the Machine came on line, Janet awoke from the induced coma caused by Ult-tail-on..... she could hear her husbands voice, but too weak to call out  she could only mumble a few words. She called for help, but the noise of the transference machine masked her cry.  Hairy saw her mouth moving, but put this down to the discomfort she was in due to her injuries.   Yes she was in PAIN, but this was being caused by the machine.  Unable to stomach watching his beautiful Janet in pain, he turned away. and concentrated on the procedure at hand.

As the pain and process continued, Janet became aware that her life was starting to slip away, but more confusing she started to become aware of a strange coldness.   She cried out and heard both her voice and that of another..... she was confused.  However, Ult-tail-on knew exactly what was happening.....  His dear "mothers" mind and life force were starting to merge with the new body.

THE TRANSFER IN PROCESS

Ult-tail-on monitored the transfer, and he could see that Janet's life force and brain patterns were entering a point when both bodies contained half .....  Soon the process would be irreversible and JAW-COSTA would finally be ALIVE.....   Unfortunately this meant The Waspish Pooch would be DEAD

As Janet and Jaw-costa became more animated due to the Pain caused by the Transfer...  both began calling out for help.... AGAIN Hairy ignored this.... but ULT-TAIL-ON rejoiced as his long wait for a mate was nearly over.



Meanwhile, back at the Avenging Hounds Mansion.....

FOUR EMPTY CHAIRS OF THE FALLEN AV HOUNDS !

The remaining active members of the AVENGING HOUNDS discussed the loss of 4 of their fellow Hero Hounds. With  The VIZ-HOUND , THE SCARLET BITCH, THE HAIRY BEASTIE & CANINE AMERICA all murdered in the attack by The Ult-tail-on their active numbers have been greatly decimated.  Arrangements were underway to locate as many of the reservist AV Hounds as possible. At the same time Iron Hound  began using all available technology to see if he could locate The WASPISH POOCH & The ANT-PUP, along with their Kidnapper.... ULT-TAIL-ON.

The group fail on both counts, No available AVENGING HOUNDS can be found to help...plus Iron Hound also fails to find any lead to the whereabouts of the missing size changing AV Hounds or the Vill-Hound responsible for their disappearance.  


THEN just as the remaining team mates are about to give up the search, Paw , the Dog of Thunder noticed that the floor of the meeting room was covered with ANTS... 

Was this another attack !   No it was a message..... and Iron Hound knew what the message meant.

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE PART FIVE

When ANT-PUP aka Hairy Pym awoke he found he was in a strange unknown Laboratory.... Here he saw his beloved Janet Van Dog aka THE WASPISH POOCH laying unconscious and attached to a machine.

INJURED BY THE FAKE AVENGING HOUNDS ?

Before ANT-PUP could do anything Ult-tail-on appeared and told him that Janet had been attacked by  the same FAKE Avenging Hounds that Hairy had discovered in the Mansion hours before.

Ult-tail-on explained that the Fake Avenging Hounds had hurt her when she had come to the aid of Hairy.  The mechanical mutt went on to say that her body was so badly hurt.... she would die..   BUT he could save her by transferring her brain patterns into a robotic shell. 

Ult-tail-on told Hairy not to worry, because this would be a temporary measure, and once Janet's body had recovered, her essence would be returned to her body again.   Hairy was shocked, he did not want Janet to die, but at the same time he was unsure about the procedure.

Ult-tail-on explained further that although he was an intelligent machine, he needed the aid of the Famous DR HAIRY PYM to help  with the process.  Again Hairy was unsure, he did not believe he had the knowledge to help save Janet....  BUT Ult-tail-on explained that he knew Hairy had been working on Artificial Intelligence and DID have the knowledge and COULD save Janet.

Remember, Hairy believed that he was still the ANT-PUP ( as he had forgotten about  all of his recent life ) . and during these early years as a Hero Hound he had been working on a way to build intelligent artificial life.  Ult-tail-on knew this and as long as his "Father" did not remember too much , in that he HAD already built his MARK 1, he felt he could manipulate Hairy into bringing JAW-COSTA to life. 

The only thing that the Mechanical Menace did not tell Hairy was...... To give Life to JAW-COSTA would result in the Death of THE WASPISH POOCH.  Once his Bride was  fully funcional, Ult-tail-on could dispose of his Father too...... but not before he crushed him with the knowledge that Hairy Pym had helped kill his own wife !!!!!

Hairy worked along side Ult-tail-on for hours, not knowing that he himself was responsible for once creating the Robotic Evil beside him. Although he did have a feeling that he had meet the Robot before, his mind was still too mixed up to realise how and why.

Meanwhile....... back at the AVENGING HOUNDS MANSION, The Mutty Paw, the Dog of Thunder arrived to see Canine America, The Scarlet Bitch, The Hairy Beastie and The Viz-Hound being taken away by ambulances.  They had been all killed by ULT-TAIL-ON it seemed.

FOUR DEAD HERO HOUNDS ?

An Injured Iron Hound explained to Paw what had happened.  The only Avenging Hounds that remained were Iron Hound, The Bark Panter and Wonder Dawg. Paw knew that they would need to have as many Extra Avenging Hounds on the team if they wanted to tackle ULT-TAIL-ON again..... and AVENGE the Deaths of their comrades and friends.

Back at Ult-tail-on's Lab, Hairy Pym was ready to start the transfer of Janet's Brain Patterns to her new body.  What he still did not know was, Ult-tail-on had made his own adjustments, and instead of just transferring Janet's Brain Patterns, the machine would transfer her entire LIFE FORCE,  leaving Janet's body a dead empty shell.

When Ult-tail-on had transferred the Brain Patterns of the then Deceased Wonder Dawg into the Viz-Hound many years before, he knew that careful programming would make the adopted brain patterns evolve into a NEW persona.   Although JAW-COSTA would have his mother's life force and brain patterns, she would no longer be JANET VAN DOG.  Learning from his mistakes with the Viz-Hound, Ult-tail-on made sure that Jaw-costa's programming would no allow her to betray him.... she would be programmed to love, honour and obey him.....WITHOUT QUESTION.

Hairy then announced that he was ready to begin the process...... a process that he thought would save his beloved Janet.....  not knowing that he would really be killing her !

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE PART FOUR

Last time I told how a confused Hairy Pym attacked the Avenging Hounds dressed in his original ANT-PUP costume, and seconds away from a full victory over the present team, his wife stunned him with a blast from her Wasp String.

The story continues........

After recovering the Avenging Hounds quizzed The Waspish Pooch on WHY her husband had attacked them.   Janet Van Dog told them that she did not really know, but she had seen Hairy's mental state starting to slip over a period of time.   IRON HOUND believed that Hairy must have had a complete break down, this is why he had become the ANT-PUP again.

Iron Hound said that he could help reverse Hairy's condition via some of the equipment "HIS EMPLOYER" Boney Bark kept at the AVENGING HOUNDS MANSION.

The other Avenging Hounds believed that The WASPISH POOCH should not be party to these procedures, as this may prove a little bit too upsetting for her.  The Hairy Beastie offered to take Janet home.

After the two had left, Iron Hound began the process to help restore Hairy Pym's mind.  This then continued until it was clear that the mental problems were too deeply rooted, and continuing the process could cost Hairy Pym any sanity he may still have left.

Canine America agreed to stop the process, but as the group started to plan what to do next.... The Door flew open and an injured Hairy Beastie came through.  Before passing out he barked..... " He Has Got Her !    He has Returned.... He is coming  !...."

Before the Avenging Hounds could react, there was a massive explosion.... and through a now demolished wall stepped........ ULT-TAIL-ON !

AN UNINVITED GUEST !

Ult-tail-on made short work of the group..... it appeared he had killed most of the team with a new weapon he had built into his new armoured body.   In the end only a very confused ANT-PUP remained standing, and acting on instinct, ANT-PUP attacked the Robotic Menace.  However, at ANT SIZE he was no match for the Evil ULT-TAIL-ON.  Unlike the other Avenging Hounds, Ult-tail-on did not want to harm his father...... he needed him to help him create his new BRIDE.

ULT-TAIL-ON TAKES A BRIDE PART THREE

Ult-tail-on began the process of Building his new "MATE".  He constructed her from materials similar to what his latest body had been constructed from. Like himself he used the rare metal ADMUTT-ANIUM which would make her as indestructible as he was.

ASSEMBLING HIS NEW MATE

He gave his new creation a name...... JAW-CASTA..... but was unable to give her "LIFE".   For that he would need the assistance of his " Father and his Mother ".

Having been able to play with the mind of his creator in the past, Ult-tail-on manipulated Hairy Pym to forget most of his recent life.  In fact he regressed him back to a time long before Dr  Hairy Pym had built the first mark one Ult-tail-on, he regressed his mind back to a time when the AVENGING HOUNDS had first formed.  Hairy Pym believed he was still ANT-PUP.

BUT before Ult-tail-on could now use him to help complete Jaw-casta,    ANT-PUP disappeared.  Although it is uncertain if The Robotic Mutt sent his father back to the AVENGING HOUNDS MANSION on purpose, it certainly helped with  ULT-TAIL-ON'S plans. He had now recruited his DADDY, now he needed his MUMMY TOO !,,,,, and Hopefully ANT-PUP would lead him to her,


ANT-PUP arrived at the Mansion expecting to see his team of AVENGING HOUNDS.... IRON HOUND.... THE MUTTY PAW..... THE HOUNDED HULK and THE WASPISH POOCH.   All he found were some strangely dressed strangers standing in a partly destroyed mansion.  (THE AVENGING HOUNDS had Just battled the GRIM REAP-HOUND in a battle to save the lives of both The VIZ-HOUND & WONDER DAWG....but that's a different story for another time)

Not knowing who these strangers were he demanded to know this, and WHY were they in the Mansion.  Not being in full control of his emotions, Hairy Pym did not want to listen to the lies from these fake AVENGING HOUNDS.  Where were his friends, and where was his partner THE WASPISH POOCH. The Guy in the Red & Gold Armour claimed to be IRON HOUND, but this could not be true, his IRON HOUND wore GOLDEN ARMOUR, and The Joker in the Canine America Uniform was also a fake, as everyone knew The Sent-Hound of Liberty had disappeared years ago and was now either dead or a very old Dawg.


Before The Scarlet Bitch could explain any more, ANT-PUP ATTACKED.

Ant-Pup engaged each of the unknown foes with the aid of his army of ants,  Unprepared for the attack by their friend and fellow Avenging Hound, The SCARLET BITCH, THE VIZ-HOUND CANINE AMERICA, THE BARK PANTER AND WONDER DAWG  ALONG WITH IRON HOUND all fell victim to the pint sized attacker. 

However, before ANT-PUP to take the victory cheer, He was hit  by an energy blast from behind.   He fell and passed out.  His attacker  then showed themselves.   It was his wife   JANET VAN DOG - PYM the Waspish Pooch.
