RAISE YOUR GLASSES IT'S VELMA !

Miss Velma Eugenia Dinkley is the real brains behind Mystery Incorporated.  Her no nonsense out look on life makes her appear to be a bit sniffy and boring to some. But once you get to know her, and look passed her sensible shoes and clothes and her thick rimed glasses ,  you will see that Velma is a sweet hearted and  kind person, willing to help others in any crisis.

She has great knowledge of many things, which make her an ideal person for the team.  She is attracted to Freddie, but as he is with Daphne, she would never  tell him of her fondness for him.   Her best friend on the team must be Shaggy, and although he can be silly and a bit of a scaredy cat, she respects him for what he does for the team.

Her one main fault is that she is Blind As A Bat without her trademark Glasses.  And on one or two occasions  ( ok nearly every week )whilst engaging the villain, she has lost or dropped her specs. Putting her in danger.   Has she considered contact lenses ? or would that ruin her image ?
