Radley began once again started to tell the story that gave birth to him becoming the Blue Falcon. This time he started by allowing each of the people present to ask him a question.
Hong Kong Phooey asked " If the car was so wrecked and at the bottom of the Docks, how did you manage to retrieve it and have it fixed so quickly ?
Samurai Jack asked " What happened to JJ Biggles ?
The Doctor asked " Did you really name your self after your velocipede ?"
Space Ghost asked " How long was it until you perfected your look and style of fighting ?"
Jayna asked " What Happened to Rita ?"
Zan asked " What Happened to Snakes ?"
Jace asked " What did you ask your lawyer to do ? "
Jan asked " Why did you track down Valerie Harte ?
"Nodding his head Radley said " Some very good questions. Some of the answers are connected. I will start by asking you all a question . How do you you think I was able to show Chief Ramsay Mom's Little Tank back in pristine condition ?"
"You have a good repair team at the Mansion" said Phooey
" No I do have a good team at the Mansion, but even they are not that good " replied Radley
"Magic ?" said Jack
" The only Magical Power I have is in my Two Fists" Replied Radley with a smile.
"Time Travel, you went back and collected the car from an earlier time ?" said The Doctor
" No, but if I had access to your Tardis I would have used it to stop my friends being killed in the first place " Sighed Radley
" You had another car like it at the Mansion ? " said Jayna
Before Radley could reply Zan added
" That is why you rang the Mansion after your adventure. You asked someone to bring it over ? "
" No I have many cars at the Mansion, but only one like Mom's Little Tank" Radley said
" You used Hypnotic Influence on the Chief ?.... You made him think he saw the car ? " said an excited Jace
" No that is another power I have not mastered, Yet !" Joked Radley
" Its obvious" Laughed Jan "You got your Lawyer to find an buy you a replacement ? "
" Correct, Gold Star to Jan " said Radley clapping.
Every one Laughed.
Then Radley explained that he had asked his lawyer Marcus Most to arrange to do certain things for him.
1/ Purchase the Docks, this way he could insure that these could not be used for criminal activities ever again. Plus he could then arrange to have what was left of Mom's Little Tank dredged up in secret. Plus this could be a good investment as he planned to make Big City great once more.
2/ Find a replacement for his Mom's Little Tank. He knew that two were located in a Classic Motor Car Museum in a near by state. He told Marcus he wanted both, and that he would be willing to give them one of his classic cars also along with the payment.
3/ Locate Valerie Hart, the Radio Ham who had contacted the Police and helped save the day.
His Lawyer had brokered a good deal on the Docks, but as Radley wanted the deal done straight away had paid $400 Million for the Docks when he said he could brought the price down by at least 20% given time maybe even more.
The Cars replacement was again an Expensive Purchase. Radley had told his Lawyer that he would pay what ever asking price for both Cars. Just to insure that he got one exactly like Mom's Little Tank. He ...... in addition to the purchase price that he was willing to give the stolen Rolls Royce to the Museum once it was released from the Police forensics team. Both cars were very much like his mothers car, but each was one was not an exact match.
One was Gold but had the right seats and wing mirrors, front grill and mascot. The Other was the correct colour of Blue, but seats were the wrong colour. The Head Lamps and front grill were also wrong, I knew that certain parts could be transferred from one car to the other. The Blue Car which was a later model, so it would need adjusting to match my original.

He would later donate the two replacements back to the as he thought that driving around in a fake version of the car would bring back too many unhappy memories. However, he did not restore the cars back into their original condition as he liked to think that the now copy of his Mom's Little Tank was now with his Fathers Rolls Royce. The Rolls was donated without its original Flying Lady Mascot, as he had that Placed on the Graves of the Parker's as Aloysius Parker loved to drive it when he could. Instead of the original Hood Ornament Radley had a copy of the Crown one from his Mom's Little Tank which united both Cars in their new home.
The Gold Car he gave to a Big City Charity to auction off to make money for their Charity,
It had not taken long for Valerie Harte to be found. She was a 43 year old Widowed Mother of three Children. Her husband had been killed in an accident at work the year before it was discovered. She had not received any compensation as the company was a front for a criminal gang. Her Husband Victor, had no idea he had been working for crooks. Radley had got his Lawyers to look into the case. They found Victor's death looked more like murder than an unfortunate accident.
The Law Firm had been successful in getting her $40,000 in compensation, but Radley added to this so Valerie ended up with $ 1 Million in total. He even sent her a letter thanking her and signed it Lou Malcolm as a joke.
So far he had answered Phooey, Jace & Jan's Questions about the Car, The Lawyer and Valerie
" Yes Doctor, I did name my self after my beloved childhood velocipede. That's Bicycle to everyone one else" Radley smiled.
As Reggie saw showing a Picture of the Bike Radley added " If you look at the Bicycle you may see that the saddle gave me inspiration in designing my costume.
As for my fight skills, I have had Boxing, Fencing, Martial Arts and Acrobatic Training over the Years. So I use a combination of these to help fight crime. Also I have designed tools and weapons that I use. So I hope that answers your questions my good friend Mr Ghost " Radley said with a smile.
" And you got ME !" shouted Reggie
"Yes, and I got you, and you got me too Mutt - Wonder" Radley said patting Reggie on the back.
"Now for what happened to JJ, Rita, Snakes and the rest of the Gang. Well it turns out that indirectly I owned the boat that was at the centre of this all. She was once called The Mermaid, and reported sunk years before. It seems that the Captain of the Boat, who was Bob Wezzle was responsible for a cover up regarding the ship.
He had approached JJ Biggles offering him ways of bringing illegal goods into the country via the Big City Docks. They had renamed the Boat The Venture after a boat that had really sunk. The Captain was Jailed for 20 years for smuggling and an additional 5 years for fraud.
Most of his crew were innocent, but some worked and reported directly to JJ. Most of these received sentences as did The 2nd Officer Walter Carrier
As for Snakes,
well his mental state did not improve. The medical report that was done on him said that he had suffered brain damage in the past, and added to this the events of that night had pushed him over the edged. He was unfit to stand trail, but if he did, all the evidence that had been found on The Venture would linked him to at least 20 murders. His finger prints were not found in the Rolls Royce but he always wore gloves. On one of these gloves blood was found. This was found it matched Penny's Blood. What had actually happened in the Park that night was never discovered. The only person who knew the truth was clinically mad. Although he was not sentenced, he would have got life imprisonment. The Judge had him committed for life in a Mental Institution instead. If his mental state did improve then he would stand trial. It had not to this day. He now completely mad, and needs to be confined in the maximum security wing as he is dangerous to be around. If he saw any Blue it was set him off in a rage. "
"As for JJ Briggles,
he got life imprisonment , as he was convicted of so many different crimes dating back years. Murder, Kidnapping, Tax evasion, Trafficking Drugs, the list was endless. Again onboard the boat, the evidence to all of these was found. JJ kept diaries that provided the proof the Law needed"
" As for Rita,
it turned out she was the Master Mind of everything. She may have looked like a dumb blond, but she controlled JJ and through him she controlled the criminal activities. She may have been at the scene when the Parker's were murdered as a blond hair was found in the back seat of the Rolls Royce. However, it was not a real hair by a synthetic one from a Wig. Rita always worn Wigs so she may have been there at the time or had sat in the car later. The the Judge decided that the evidence was unsafe so she got away with that one.
But again there was so much information found on board The Venture . JJ had written every thing down. so Rita also got sent down.
Her days of Wigs, Outrageous Clothes, Jewelry, and living the fine life was over. She also got life imprisonment and spend the remainder of her life working in the Prison Laundry"
"The Blue Falcon was born that night, but it was not until I stood beside the graves of The Parker's I realized that Big City needed to change, otherwise there would be more pointless deaths and suffering. It took me a few months to put together what I needed.
A costume and a few weapons and then I started fighting back. Chief Ramsey declared that I. The Blue Falcon was a vigilant much like The BAT-MAN of Gotham City. He had tried to capture me many times. He knew Radley Crowne was The Blue Falcon. He had suspected it straight away. But he had no proof. Eventually, he accepted what I was doing as the Blue Falcon was good for Big City.
This came about after I had saved a bus load of school child from being kidnapped by a gang of crooks he called a truce. As two of the School Children on board the buss were his Son Danny and Daughter Daisy."
"With the Ramsay's help who would later become Commissioner Ramsay, and the addition of my Canine Partner it took "US" around 5 years to rid Big City of large scale Crime.
Most of the Big Crime Families moved there operations to other Cities including Gotham. We still have crime in Big City, but not on the scale that it was. Big City will always need The Blue Falcon, and of course Dyno-Mutt."
" That's my Story..... The End " Radley bowed, and everyone stood and clapped.
Next time we will hear how Reggie became Dyno-Mutt.
